This policy describes how Dennis Kateeti (“we”, “I”) handles information on this portfolio and trading-journal site.
Authentication
The trading journal uses Google Sign-In (via Firebase Authentication) so that only the site owner can add or edit trades. When you sign in, Google shares your basic profile information (name, email, profile photo) with this site. We use your email solely to verify that you are the authorized administrator. Visitors can view the journal without signing in.
Information we collect
Trade entries (such as date, instrument, direction, and profit/loss) added by the site owner are stored in Google Firebase Firestore and are publicly viewable as part of the trading journal. We do not collect personal information from visitors who only view the site.
Cookies
Firebase Authentication may set cookies or use local storage to keep you signed in. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
